THE ENERGIZER

INGREDIENTS 

1/2 Mango

1/2 Banana

1/2 Cup of Blueberries

1 Tbsp Honey

2 Tbsp Greek Yogurt

Ice Cubes

 

 

 

PROTEIN POWER

The nuts, seeds and protein power in this smoothie make it a post-workout go-to! It tastes awesome, and gets you the maximum fitness gain and replenishes your body slurp by slurp!

 

INGREDIENTS 

1 Banana

10 Cherries

3 Tbsp plain Yogurt seeds

4 Walnuts

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

Ice Cubes

2 Slices Melon

Handful Mint

1/2 bag Spinach
